Make your reservation directly through our website by completing your details and providing your credit or debit card information to make a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the reservation. The remaining balance will be settled upon key delivery, either by credit card, cash, or via bank transfer (at least 7 days before the arrival date at the villa). Once your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email.
In case you prefer an alternative payment method, you can request:
- Bank Transfer.
By providing your credit or debit card details at the time of booking, you automatically accept the conditions of the cancellation policy, as well as any applicable charges. By accessing our website, you confirm your agreement with these terms. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 14 days before the arrival date: 0% penalty (full refund of the 25% paid at the time of booking).
- Between day 14 and day 7 before the arrival date: 25% penalty (corresponding to the 25% paid at the time of booking).
- If the reservation is canceled during the last 7 days before the arrival date: the full amount of the stay will be charged (75% remaining to be paid).
